Who am I? I am creative, joyful, insightful and analytical. These traits combined with over 20 years experience working in the tech / design space, continuous learning and consistent self-motivated growth make me an asset and joy for any team.

Susan Corbett: Product Designer

I’m a user experience designer who believes that even the most complex security workflows should feel human. I started my career building websites and graphics, but my real passion has always been understanding people and designing products that make their interactions with technology simpler and safer.

Most of my work lives where usability meets cybersecurity. I design identity and access management workflows, phishing disposition flows, RBAC models, permission systems, and managed SIEM solutions. I take intimidating concepts like authentication, authorization, and multi-org access and turn them into experiences that users actually trust and understand.

I’m not one to wait for instructions. I built our user testing practice from the ground up, introduced usability scoring, and created collaborative workshops that improved how our teams think about design. I mentor designers, lead sessions on AI’s role in UX, and bring energy and curiosity to every project.

To me, good UX is more than clear interfaces. It’s about making complex systems feel effortless, empowering the people who use them, and proving that even cybersecurity can have a little personality.
